SS501 stands for Superstar and unison of its 5 members until eternity (symbolized by the 0) as 1. They debuted in 2005 with their first single "경고" (Warning), with a second single "Snow Prince" released in late 2005. The group was inactive in Korea for most of 2006, although they have had a fan meeting in Japan in April
SS501 1st Asia Tour has been launched in Seoul and this is their first concert in two years,and they will be going to countries like HongKong,Malaysia,Taiwan,Japan,etc.
lately they have signed with different companies but have claimed that they will stay SS501 and will release albums together.
recently park jung min's new album and it's single, "not alone" has ben released and promoted on"inkigayp", "music bank" & "m!countdown" stages.

girl generation is one of south korea top female group.the nine-members girls group often referred to as SNSD.
the nine-member of SNSD are yuri,yoona,tiffany,taeyeon(leader),suny,sooyoung,seohyun,jessica and hyoyeon.Snsd made their debut in august 2007 with single IN TO THE NEW WORLD.snsd released girl`s generation,their first full album in november 2007,the title track received mixed reviews,but its second track KISSING YOU became a hit on various music charts in early 2008.
the album is re-released as BABY-BABY in march 2008 and collectively sold over 100,000 copies by april,an impressive number in korean music market.
snsd were back in early 2009 with mini- album Gee :the title song was a huge hit,topping various musical charts and breaking various consecutive#1 records.they released their 2th mini-album,TELL ME YOUR WISH(Genie) in june with a much talk-marine girls theme.the album becomes ahuge success as well.
the girls ended 2009 on high note with their first solo concert in seoul:and they were arguably the biggest winners at most of year end music awards.
SNSD kicked off 2010 with their second full length album OH!in january .it did well and became the girl`s 4th consecutive albums to achive 100,000 in sales. a repacaged album RUN DEVIL RUN was released in march.

Lee Jinki (이진기), born December 14, 1989 (1989-12-14) , better known by his stage name Onew (온유). He was born in the city of Gwangmyeong, Gyeonggi-do. The leader and oldest member in the group, he was discovered at the "2006 S.M. Academy Casting". Onew collaborated with Lee Hyun Ji, former member of project group Banana Girl, for his song "Vanilla Love".He was also featured in a duet, entitled One Year Later "1년 後", with Girls' Generation member Jessica for their mini-album Tell Me Your Wish.
Kim Jonghyun (김종현), born April 8, 1990 (1990-04-08) , commonly known as Jonghyun, is the main vocalist in the group. He was born and raised in Seoul. He was discovered at the "2005 S.M. Casting System". Before debuting with Shinee, Jonghyun sang a duet, "Wrongly Given Love" (交错的爱), with Zhang Liyin for her debut Chinese album I Will.
Kim Kibum (김기범), born September 23, 1991 (1991-09-23) , better known by his stage name Key (키), is one of the rappers in the group. He was born and raised in Daegu. He was a gifted varsity water-skier at Dae Gu Young Shin Middle School. He was discovered at the "2005 S.M. National Tour Audition Casting". Before debuting with Shinee, Key appeared in Super Junior's Wonder Boy MV as an extra dancer. Key was featured in label-mate Xiah's solo "Xiahtic".
Choi Minho (최민호), born December 9, 1991 (1991-12-09) , commonly known as Minho, is the other rapper in group. He was born and raised in Incheon. He was discovered at the "2006 S.M. Casting System". Before debuting with Shinee, Minho modeled for Ha Sang Baek's "Seoul Collection F/W 08-09" in March. He has also appeared in Girls' Generation's music video "Gee".
Lee Taemin (이태민), born July 18, 1993 (1993-07-18) , commonly known as Taemin, is the main dancer of the group. He was born and raised in Seoul. He is the youngest member in group. He was discovered at the "2005 S.M. Open Weekend Audition Casting ". Taemin debuted as an actor in the sitcom Taehee-Hyekyo-Jihyun!(Korean: "태희혜교지현이!")
